UPDATE JUNE 2020 – WE ARE FULLY OPEN

All covid-19 safety measures are in place and we would like to welcome you all back in store.

Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Covid19, we have closed both our shop and offices.

We have a small amount of staff members working from home and an engineer available for emergency callouts.

We have taken the company decision that the health of our employees and the health of the nation was more important than our business.  All our regular clients will have received an email/chemicals/instructions on how to keep the pool going during the period of lockdown. If for some reason you did not receive this email please contact us on enquiries@tanbypools.co.uk or via our contact form. This email is monitored during office hours. We may have disappointed some clients and we apologise, but the majority have applauded this action. As this situation escalates, it is of paramount importance that we all play our part. We will of course be constantly reviewing the situation according to the latest Prime Ministers announcement on Covid19.

For those fortunate enough to have a pool or hot tub, perhaps you will have time to reflect on whether this needs a refurbishment. For those that do not, perhaps you are thinking having one would have been so much easier to entertain the family. It would be great to chat about your dreams once this is all over. This is a time to appreciate family time and what better way to enjoy those moments than relaxing in a Jacuzzi or lying around your own swimming pool.

However for now, our motto is stay at home and stay safe! Please visit the nhs website for what you need to do and give thanks to those who are working tirelessly to ensure we get through this.
