Regular Swimming Pool Maintenance Contracts: Choose from our silver, gold and platinum service contracts, which are specifically designed to suit your maintenance needs and budget

Service Calls: You can call our engineers whenever your pool needs servicing; this option is ideal when you don’t need a regular maintenance contract

Emergency Call-Outs: If you require urgent help, our engineers can provide an emergency call-out service, which includes a temporary fix if necessary. We will attend your site within 24 hours of the problem being reported, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays

Meet The Team

Martin Borley

Managing Director

After training as an electrician and providing his skills to contractors both in and out of the water industry, Martin found his expertise was being called upon more and more in the family-owned Tanby Construction and other swimming pool companies.

A founder member of SPATA (Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association), Tanby Construction’s business activities were mainly the building of domestic outdoor pools with a few indoor. Noting a gap in the market for specialist pool maintenance and retail, Martin along with wife Delyse, started up Tanby Leisure Products, taking over Tanby Construction on his father’s retirement in the year 2000.

Past President of BSPF (British Swimming Pool Federation, Past Chairman and Director of the National Leisure Group of Swimming Pool Companies, Martin is passionate about leading the way in high end, innovative pool design and construction, building Tanby into the award-winning group of companies that we see today.

Delyse Borley

Director and Co-founder

Delyse Borley Director

Born in New Zealand, Delyse moved to the UK in 1984 after working in Hong Kong and Japan. Co- founding Tanby Leisure Products in 1989 followed by Tanby Pools, Delyse is actively involved in the business development and profile of all three companies. Head of Marketing and PR, she handles the website and social media. Her years of experience and knowledge in the swimming pool industry see her involved in many aspects of all three companies from health and safety to retail.
Delyse is committed to exceeding your expectations in delivering the highest quality products whilst jointly directing one of the most respected luxury pool companies in the UK.

Anita Moustin

Director & Office and Refurbishment Manager

Anita McArthur Office and Refurbishment Manager

Anita joined Tanby Leisure Products in 2010 after 3 years’ experience as a field service manager in the service industry and 10 years in management in the financial industry. Her first role within the company was as Service Manager.   After passing her ISPE (Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers) in 2013, she was also awarded the prestigious UK Pool Star of the Year 2016.
As the refurbishment business grew she was able to transfer the knowledge of managing a team of experienced engineers, to project management and design of major award winning refurbishment projects. Playing a key role in the company her tasks include HR, office management and overseeing the Service Department.

Director & Project Manager

After graduating with a BSc in Marine Geography at Cardiff University and following nearly 6 years working in China in education and the manufacturing industry, Vincent joined Tanby Construction in 2017 as Assistant Project Manager.
Respected for exceptional attention to detail and diligence, with his quick wit and engaging manner he has endeared himself to both his peers, clients, Architects and Main Contractors. Extremely professional, he is keen to increase his knowledge and regularly meets to discuss how each project is progressing and is proactive in evolving new methods of getting around issues. He was awarded the ISPE (Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers), Jim Johnson Filtration Shield in 2018 for the highest exam result.

Phil Aggett

Service Manager

Phil Aggett Service _ Contracts Manager

With a background in a number of trades including over twenty years in the aquatic industry, Phil started with Tanby Leisure Products in 2014 as a swimming pool engineer. His client liaison skills and technical capability quickly earned the respect of both clients and his fellow engineers.
Changing his role to Service Manager was a natural progression and he is able to use his in depth knowledge and experience on site when managing the service contracts, pool maintenance, repairs and the team of trained swimming pool engineers.

Julie Duke

Julie Duke Accounts Administrator

Julie joined Tanby Leisure Products in 2014 after a varied background including working as a Coach Courier.  Initially employed as a part time, Assistant Retail/ Accounts Administrator, she was keen to progress within the company. Attending numerous Sage training courses, on the retirement of a long term employee, the full time opportunity arose to oversee the growing company account needs for Tanby Leisure Products, Tanby Construction and Tanby Pools.

Kayleigh Dalton

Construction Administrator

Kayleigh moved from her role as Customer Service Assistant at Sainsburys to Tanby Pools in August 2018 and with her bubbly nature, immediately fitted into the Tanby Team. Working as part of the Construction Team she also helped with the Retail Sales during the manic days of lockdown. With subsequent opening up she has thrived in the hussle and bustle of the construction office and learning CAD.

Adam Fairbairn

Retail & Spa Sales

Since joining Tanby Pools, Adam has endeared himself to clients and the entire Team. Keen to learn about everything pool and spa related this was a complete change from his IT support background. He imparts trusted knowledge to all who visit the Tanby Pools Shop. Clients walk out with a smile!
